What is All terminals (チンロウトウ)?
A hand made entirely of 1s and 9s — a yakuman.

How it is formed
- Use only the 1s and 9s of the three suits.
- No honour tiles at all.
- No runs are possible, so the hand is all triplets.

How many han is All terminals?

Does All terminals count on an open hand?
Yes. It still counts after pon, chi or kan.
Does chinroutou stack with honroutou?
No. Once a yakuman applies, the ordinary yaku are not counted.
