Rules to keep matches enjoyable for everyone at the table. Text chat exists only inside the table you are playing at. Please use a voice call to talk.

Report standards and actions

Actions increase in severity in this order: karma, find-an-opponent matches, then account suspension. Inside a party, use the Report button in the table chat.

Our response time

We review reports within 24 hours and decide within 72 hours, as a rule.

We notify the reported player of the outcome. In urgent cases (where someone’s safety is involved), we may take temporary action before completing our review.

How to report

You can report from the results screen of a find-an-opponent match or ranked play, or from the in-game menu. Please describe what happened briefly, one report per incident.

Blocking

You will no longer be matched with a blocked player in find-an-opponent matches. Blocking does not affect parties.

Appeals

If you don't agree with an action taken, contact us at contact@qdan.co.jp. It will be reviewed by someone other than the original reviewer.

Responsibility of the reporter

If you repeatedly file reports that turn out to be false, we may stop accepting reports from you.
