Rules to keep matches enjoyable for everyone in the Party. Text chat exists only inside your Party. Please use a voice call to talk.

Report standards and actions

Actions increase in severity in this order: karma, find-an-opponent matches, then account suspension. Inside a party, use the Report button in the Party chat. Once an icon image is reported by two different people, everyone sees the original icon until we finish reviewing it.

Deliberately stalling	Repeatedly running out the clock, or making meaningless moves	A warning is shown	Find-an-opponent matches are suspended for a period
Inappropriate nickname or icon	Discriminatory or obscene language, impersonating someone else, an offensive icon, someone else’s photo or copyrighted work, sexual or violent images, or images containing personal information	Nickname and icon are reset (images are removed)	Image uploads are stopped and the account is suspended
Cheating	Joining the same match from multiple devices, or using external tools	That match record is voided	Rating is reset and the account is suspended
Rights infringement	Bringing in a game without the rights holder’s approval	The listing is taken down	Account is suspended

Our response time

We review reports within 24 hours and decide within 72 hours, as a rule.

We notify the reported player of the outcome. In urgent cases (where someone’s safety is involved), we may take temporary action before completing our review.

How to report

You can report from the results screen of a find-an-opponent match or ranked play, or from the in-game menu. Please describe what happened briefly, one report per incident.

Blocking

You will no longer be matched with a blocked player in find-an-opponent matches. Blocking does not affect parties.

Appeals

If you don't agree with an action taken, contact us at contact@qdan.co.jp. It will be reviewed by someone other than the original reviewer.

Responsibility of the reporter

If you repeatedly file reports that turn out to be false, we may stop accepting reports from you.
